Educational qualification
- For LDC/JSA and most DEO posts: 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised Board/University.
- Certain DEO / DEO Grade A posts require 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination must meet the notification cut-off requirement.
AGE CRITERIA
Age limit
- Age limit: 18 to 27 years as on 01 Aug 2026.
- Eligible candidates should be born between 02 Aug 1999 and 01 Aug 2008.
- SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, ESM and other eligible categories receive relaxation as per SSC rules.
PAYMENT
Application fee
- General / OBC / EWS male candidates: ₹100.
- Women candidates: Nil.
- SC / ST / PwBD / eligible Ex-Servicemen candidates: Nil.
- Pay the applicable fee through the modes permitted by SSC before the fee-payment deadline.
SELECTION
Selection process
Tier-I → Tier-II → Skill Test / Typing Test, where applicable → Document Verification.
Salary / pay scale
LDC/JSA: Pay Level-2 ₹19,900–₹63,200. DEO: Pay Level-4 ₹25,500–₹81,100 or Level-5 ₹29,200–₹92,300. DEO Grade A: Pay Level-4 ₹25,500–₹81,100.
